Facilities

This detached bungalow, with its own garden, is suitable for up to 8 people. Through the hall you reach the bright living area with an open kitchen. There is underfloor heating and there are patio doors to the terrace.

 

The sitting area is equipped with a flat-screen TV with streaming function. The kitchen is equipped with a filter coffee machine, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a combination microwave, an induction hob, a dishwasher, a kettle and kitchenware.

 

The bungalow has a total of 4 bedrooms, each furnished with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The terrace in the garden is equipped with garden furniture, where you can enjoy the view over the garden. If you bring bicycles on holiday, you can store them in the outdoor storage room. Free Wi-Fi is available.

In these house rules we explain how we would like you to handle the holiday home and its inventory. We have drawn up a few rules and hope that you can agree with them. By adhering to these rules, you help us to continue to offer a high quality of service to you and other guests in the future. These house rules are intended to provide you with a pleasant and problem-free stay. We kindly ask you to respect the house rules below and wish you a pleasant stay!

Tips and rules

Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM, and **check-out** must take place before 10:00 AM.

Furnishing

​

​Do not move the furniture between the different rooms. This can cause unnecessary damage and wear to furniture and walls.

 

We have provided comfortable garden furniture outside. We therefore ask you not to move the furniture from inside to outside. Of course you can eat outside and use the crockery and cutlery.

Rules of conduct

​

Smoking is strictly prohibited in and around the holiday home. Respect the plants in the garden and do not light a fire outside. Since you are staying in a rural area, we ask you to respect the neighbours' night's rest and we expect it to be quiet after 23:00.

Damage

​

Have you discovered damage or is something missing from the inventory? Please let us know as soon as possible. We are ready to solve any problems quickly, and are also available for questions about the house, trips or other matters.

​

No one will deliberately damage anything, but it can always happen that something breaks. We would greatly appreciate it if you report damage immediately, so that we do not discover it after your departure. The house is checked for defects and missing items before the arrival of new guests, so that they can also enjoy a carefree holiday. Tenants are liable for damage caused by themselves, fellow tenants or guests. Costs for damage caused will be settled with the deposit. If everything is in order, the deposit will be refunded to you.

Liability

The owner is not responsible for accidents in or outside the holiday home. The tenant is liable for all loss and/or damage to the holiday home, garden and furnishings (both inside and outside), caused by his own actions or negligence, or by third parties staying in the home with the permission of the tenant.
